Group Leaders Weekend

All qualifying** group leaders are invited to participate in our annual Group Leaders weekend. In 2006 Our Group Leaders Weekend will be during "Pirates Weekend" (June 3 - 5). Group Leaders weekends include 2 nights lodging, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, and Saturday lunch (and golf for golf group leaders). The cost of the weekend is $100 per family for family group leaders (max one family per group) and/or $50 per person for golf group leaders (max 4 golfers per group).

 

Free Golf Memberships

Qualifying** Golf Group Leaders receive a Free Golf Membership or Club Card based upon dates of stay and size of group.

Golf Packages: 20 or more Free Club Card.

40 or more Free Golf Membership.

Golf Tournament or Day Event:  20 or more Free Club Card.

Note: All Overnight Group Incentives are based upon 2 or more nights stay.

Peak Season Groups are usually not eligible for these incentives.

 

Complimentary Policy Details

1 Free Package or Unit per 20 Paid (21st is free, 42nd is free, etc.)**. This policy does not apply to Summer Business. If using per person package pricing then it is the 21st package that is free, etc.. If packages and there is a special children's package rate, children packages do not count toward complimentary packages.

If renting units then it is the 21st unit that is free, etc..

 

*Extra Perk always subject to Point Sebago Sales Director and Group Leader and must be confirmed in advance. **The Point Sebago Director of Sales and/or Director of Golf have final say over which group leaders qualify for any and all Group and Group Leader leader perks. None of the policies on the page pertain to peak summer group business. Policies can be changed or altered at anytime with or without notice.
