Red Sox Yankees Weekend - A Family Weekend with a twist - activities with a Red Sox/Yankees rivalry flavor!

This weekend offers a heaping spoonful of Point Sebago goodness with a Red Sox or Yankees flavor. Statistically, most of our guests are Red Sox or Yankees fans which has resulted in a fair amount of disputes. For years we’ve tried to minimize this conflict, trying to distract people from this century-old feud with common activities and entertainment which everyone could appreciate. For Spring Training Weekend, we’ve decided to relinquish the role of peacemaker and give in to the feud. Our Summerfest 1 Weekend is chock full of activities and entertainment for all ages, but a good number of this weekend’s activities will be themed Red Sox vs. Yankees. Some of these themes will be literal like Red Sox vs. Yankees softball and whiffle ball games, but some will not have anything to do with baseball at all, like a New York Cheesecake and Boston Creme Pie showdown. So whether your passionate about the feud, or just want a weekend full of fun and entertainment, this weekend would be a great time to come to Point Sebago.

Get out your suntan lotion and sunglasses… It’s Point Sebago’s welcome to summer weekend! This weekend is filled with Tournaments, Games, Arts & Crafts, Entertainment, Sand Sculpture Contests, Hayrides and a Family Scavenger Hunt. It’s an active weekend, time to get moving and enjoy the beautiful weather!
