Point Sebago Resort offers a variety of accommodations to
meet every taste and budget.
All the comforts of
home, space for everyone, all in a beautiful
Maine setting – from backwoods to
beachfront, overlooking the Lake, lodging on
the 9th hole, or nestled among towering
pines…
Guests can choose from one of our Vacation
Homes or Resort
Cottages many of which are located on or
near the Golf Course. Or a Standard or
Deluxe Park
Home on or near the Lake.
We have beautiful
wooded RV sites complete with three
way hook-ups. For those bringing their own
larger units - we have 50AMP service
available on many sites.
 Vacation Homes:
These new 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished
vacation homes feature a living room,
dining room and fully equipped kitchen
including microwave.
Located in the Golf Course area of the
Resort they all have AC, TV & decks. These
are also available for winter rentals!

 Resort
Cottages
Resort Cottages have 1 - 3 separate
bedrooms, living area, dining area, bath and
equipped kitchen. Resort Cottages have an
enclosed sunroom and/or deck for your
enjoyment. Cable TV, bath towels, sheets,
pillows and blankets are provided in
these units. Most of these units have AC
and some have 1.5 baths. Resort Cottages
are available near the beach and in the
Golf Course area with many directly on
the Golf Course.

Circle Resort Cottages
New
for 2009 we have new Breckenridge Resort Cottage’s
located in Oak Circle. This is a prime
location in the center of the resort and
just moments from the beach. These Resort
Cottage units have 2 bedrooms, a living
area, dining area, bath and equipped
kitchen.
Each Oak Circle Resort Cottage has a
sunroom and a deck with a fire pit for your
enjoyment. These units all feature a flat
screen TV with cable, air conditioning,
fireplace, bath towels, sheets, pillows and
blankets are provided in these units. These
are Saturday to Saturday rentals in summer.

Homes
Park Homes sleep up to six people, and have
1 - 3 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen area with
microwave, a full bathroom, and a living
room with TV, Air Conditioning, a deck on
which you and your family can sit back and
relax, and enjoy the fresh Maine air. Park
Homes have an outdoor campfire ring and
picnic table outside your home - perfect
evening gatherings. Park Homes include basic kitchen utensils
like: pots, pans, flatware, silverware and
glasses. Park Homes have a coffee maker and
toaster. Sheets, pillows, blankets and
towels are not included in these
units but a "Linen Package" can be rented.
Linen/Towel Package Includes:
Top sheet, Bottom sheet, Blanket, 2 Pillows
(Double Bed) or 1 Pillow (Twin), 4 Towels, 2
Hand Towels, 2 Wash Clothes
Cost: $12 per person ($36 will work for a
family of 4)

(Also known as "Equipped")
These 2-bedroom Park Homes are the SAME as
the above Park Homes PLUS in the these Park
Homes they have CABLE TV and the linen package with towels,
sheets, pillows, blankets, are not an extra
charge in
these units.

Point Park Cottages
New (2009) Park
Cottage’s located in a prime
location on Marina Point directly on the
beach. These units have either 1 bedroom
with a loft or 2 bedrooms. They each have a
living area, dining area, bath and equipped
kitchen. Marina Point Park Cottages have
covered front porch and are located directly on a
small private beach area with
fire pit for your enjoyment. A flat screen
TV with cable, air conditioning, fireplace,
bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets
are provided in these units. They are
Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Park
Trailer:
Park Trailers are a combination of a park
home and a travel trailer. They have 2
bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and 1 with a
set of bunks. They also include a kitchen
area with microwave, a full bathroom, and a
living room with TV, Air Conditioning, a
deck and fire ring. Park Trailers do not
include any kitchen utensils, sheets, towels
or blankets. These units provide the
experience of camping but with the comforts
of home.
 RV
and Tent Sites
Over 100 RV and Travel Trailer sites to choose from. All sites
have water and electricity. Many have septic
hookups and/or 50 AMP service. Pump-out
service is available. Small pets are allowed
in specially designated site areas.

Convenient, Carefree Vacationing
 All
units are maintained and cleaned prior to
your arrival by our housekeeping and
maintenance crews. For regular Park Homes be sure to bring your own linens. Linen
packages with towels, sheets, pillows and
blankets are available to rent for the
week for a nominal fee. Daily housekeeping
is not included in any units. Please make your linen
arrangements one week or more prior to
your arrival.
Vacation Homes, Resort Cottages and Deluxe
(Equipped) Park Homes do have basic cooking utensils,
linens, blankets, sheets, towels (you will
still want to pack beach towels), pillows
included.
