Summer Vacation Season,
7 Night Rates
During the summer our weekly rentals are
based upon a family of four. All Sites and Park Homes are rented
Saturday to Saturday. Resort Cottages and
Vacation Homes are Sunday to Sunday
during the Summer Season. Please note during
Summer Season surcharges will apply for 5th
and 6th person in Unit or on Site.

Summer Guest Policies:
FAMILY CAMPING ONLY during the summer season
(June 15 to September 1).This includes
Memorial & Labor Day Weekends. Maximum of six people
on a site, with no more than 4 adults. Rates
based on four people. There is a $35 weekly
charge for fifth and sixth family members
between June 28 and August 16 and a $15
charge for the 5th and 6th persons
Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends. Visitors
are permitted for a fee. But ONLY if they do
not exceed the maximum (6) allowed on a
site.
 Summer Season Getaway
2-Night Stays Welcome

or more night stays are now welcome in many Park Home Units. 4-Night
Minimum if Friday and Saturday Nights
are included. The
special nightly rate for these select
Park Home Units during peak summer start at
only $197 per night (and as low as $128 per night during Family Fun Value
Weeks)!
This will include your lodging, use of
Point Sebago Resorts extensive
activities package and access to all
Point Sebago Amenities! Most lakefront
units require 7-night peak season stay.
