Summer Booking Policies:
In general, week-long (7 day) stays are required during the peak summer season (6/29 - 8/17). We do offer specific areas where Park Homes can be booked for partial stays. We can accommodate partial stays for last minute bookings (within two weeks of arrival date) in any available units or sites.
* Sunday - Thursday. Two-night minimum stay.
** Fridays, Saturdays, Holidays. Three-night minimum stay.
Summer Guest Policies:
FAMILY CAMPING ONLY during the summer season (June 16 to September 2).This includes Memorial & Labor Day Weekends. Maximum of six people on a site, with no more than 4 adults. Rates based on four people. There is a $35 weekly charge for fifth and sixth family members between June 30 and August 18. $15 charge for the 5th and 6th persons Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends. Visitors are permitted for a fee. But ONLY if they do not exceed the maximum (6) allowed on a site.
