Guests love snow tubing at Seacoast Fun
Park (just 5 minutes away) with lift
serviced tubing hills. Snowmaking
assures quality conditions and lights
turn on for
night time action.
 Nightly
rentals are available from $160 per
night, perfect for a family of four or
for two couples.
Ski & Stay Packages with nearby Shawnee
Peak start at $61 per person per night
based upon 4 per unit. We are just 20 minutes
from Shawnee Peak Ski Area and 50
minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort.

Policies:
Rates based upon 4 per unit. $20 per person
extra for 5th and/or 6th persons in unit.
Weekend Rates in effect during holiday
periods.
Packages with lift tickets are good for
skiing at Shawnee Peak. $45 to 50 for 5th
and/or 6th person in unit with extra lift
ticket.
Check In Time: 3:00 pm at the Resort Welcome
Center. Limited Winter hours for check-in.
Special after-hours procedures for late
arrivals (should be made in advance).
Check Out Time: by Noon
Deposit Policy: 50% Due at time of
reservation. Balance is 7 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 14 Days prior to
arrival deposits are refundable less a $25
administration fee. Deposits are
non-refundable less than 14 days prior to
arrival.
All snowmobile trailers are to be kept at
the Information Center
parking lots. All rates subject to change
without notice.
